1. No Returns on Consumables
We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened products

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered

You receive the wrong item
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence sent to:

3. Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will:

Replace the product at no extra cost, or

Provide store credit (based on case assessment)
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued when:

A replacement cannot be provided

The order was cancelled before dispatch

The package was never delivered due to carrier failure
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to bank timelines).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds for:

Delays caused by the courier

Address errors by the customer

Customer not being available for delivery

Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
