Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

1. No Returns on Consumables

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered

  • You receive the wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence sent to:

3. Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost, or

  • Provide store credit (based on case assessment)

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

  • The package was never delivered due to carrier failure

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to bank timelines).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Address errors by the customer

  • Customer not being available for delivery

  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
